For the last few weeks I keep encountering this same issue. This is now my THIRD time having to try and get CS to resolve this error in the last few weeks.

Summary:

1. I was 'booted from server.' Not disconnected or connection lost, but 'booted.' This time tonight, about 20:00 AEST, I had only been on for 30 minutes or so. Long enough to set up some trait research in Glenumbra and then port over to Alik'r Desert to get the Thief stone. As soon as I approached the stone, I was booted.
2. When I tried to log back into the toon, I was confronted with Error 326 (6:3:1001:2) Character is currently locked.

Now, a Google search on Error 326 shows that at launch this was associated with a name violation. From the brief answers/explanations I got from CS for the last two incidents that no longer appears to be the case.

Last time it took 4 days to get fixed. I am hopping a moderator may see this, and can:

1. Get me a faster turn-around time; and
2. Get this flagged for some net code person to try and fix

CS ticket number is 170307-000726. Previous ones are 170224-003571 and 170210-001093.

I was not using a VPN or any IP address-spoofing software.

I'll be honest, this is really trying my patience and testing my desire to remain subbed.

*Before someone derps along, toon name is Jinniyah. Pretty sure that isn't a violation.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno

    So, freak curve ball, I just got accused (for lack of a better word) of utilising a speed hack and that was why I got booted (and then Error 326'd)

    You'll just have to accept I didn't for the purpose of this post. (Besides, you cannot disprove a negative anyway, so what's the point).

    Gina, or any other poster,

    I don't want a double whammy today for discussing disciplinary matters on the forums, so I just want to ask:

    Have you heard of a program called BattlePing? A 'gaming VPN' that is supposed to help with latency issues for us Oceanic players? Could that trigger, whatever, I'm not too savvy in technical internet mechanics, to register as a speed hack?

    Thank you.
