(PvE?) Blocking bug and more

I've been weary of this problem for a while now and I think it's time I brought it to the forums, and I know others have said it before. I solo'd vet COH 1 many times just for easy purple lich items and when I got to the illambris twins the blue guy's 2h d'swing kept knocking me back and damaging me for full, despite the fact that I blocked just 1 second before his attack animated. I've beaten them before on vet by myself but the problem is that since it's a long fight, if I miss the block or the d'roll even once then I'm dead. The same thing happened to me a lot just now in vMA arena 6 where the 2h guy on the 3rd round half health's me and knocks me back all the way even though I blocked and had full stam. For a mag sorc build for the character that I used in these runs has good resources all around, 22k health (outside Cyrod), 35k magicka and 18k stam.

It happens at the worst times too usually, and if I screw up and fail to take out the mobs in time or I don't d'roll then it turns out to be an absolute killer. Because each time I do vet dungeons, and I usually do the first versions solo, there's always some wise-ass with a 2h who knocks me back even though my blocks are very well timed. Heck I can even block it at the very last split second just before it hits. So what I don't understand is why I do need to block 2 or 3 whole seconds before the attack animates just to mitigate it... that costs me time and dps. The strangest thing is that this particular issue only plagues me in PvE. In PvP when someone's got the drop on me and does crit rush + d'swing I can usually block the d'swing just before it registers. The only way I can avoid the damage now is to d'roll, as there doesn't seem to be any issue there. But there are times when I miss the beat and I just can't do it in time or because if I d'roll too early then the 2h guy will just charge his attack again.

Also the ult stuck, potion use and bar swap bugs that people have been complaining about since launch could really use some attention by now. I don't see why I need to mash my potion/ult/bar swap key over 9000 times just to activate them while I'm running around trying to dodge mobs or something else. In this case it happens in both PvE and PvP, and I'm sure many of us can remember times when we said: "If only that damn ult went off at the right time when I wanted it to" ect. Please give this issue some love ZoS. <3
