Max Level Provisioning Writs

I was hoping that with the patch today which said,

Fixed an issue that prevented Sealed Provisioning Writs from being awarded as often as intended.

that the bug with provisioning writs would get fixed. It is not fixed. Players still get two tiers of provisioning writs, only one of which rewards the Provisioning Pack VII which is the only one that can contain Sealed Provisioning Writs aka Master Prov Writs. I thought that the "increase" in chance to get a Master Prov Writ likely meant they fixed the problem where max provisioners having 6/6 Recipe Improvement received two tiers of writs. This isn't what was fixed though as I still got writs today asking for the lower level food/drink.

I have not received a single Sealed Provisioning Writ - doing writs on 5 toons almost everyday; one of which is a master crafter knowing all recipes except the mythic ambrosia and the ambrosia the master writ dude sells.

It is getting frustrating that this is still not fixed because it automatically halves our chance at sealed prov writs (aka master prov writs) since they can only drop from the max level pack:( (also a much lower chance at Psjiic fragments!)

Please look into fixing this asap @ZOS_GinaBruno

Ive got almost as many of them as i have alchemy. Around 10ish or so. I do alchemy on 6 toons and provisioning on 8.

Sealed Prov Writs are the Master Writs, not the Provisioning Writs. So, this would have nothing to do with the level of the writ.

Are you getting and turning in your writs to Belkarth? Well, you can get them anywhere, but you need to be turning them into Belkarth. Or are you talking about the Prov Writs that have you make CP10 or CP50 stuff and not CP100 or CP150 stuff? That is still a problem.

As for Master Writs dropping too often, I got one in a whole bunch of Provisioning Writs, so not sure what was meant by dropping too often.

Oh, and I would not sweat the Provisioning Master Writs, your going to get two Vouchers for them. Not like your missing much on those.

Agreed. I am actually gonna drop a few alchemy writs when i get my last 2 characters their skill points so I can have 8 clothing, woodworking and blacksmithing going. Nirnroot is used most of the time and i am tired of farming them lol.

I would love to get the 100 Master Writ done achievement sooner rather than later (maybe it will increase my chance at master writs overall).

Essentially on 4 of my toons the only master writs they have a chance at is the consumables ones as they don't know rare motifs, have research or wood/cloth/smith achievements. I do the writs anyways for surveys/tempers and the tiny tiny chance at master writs.

Maybe they made them drop able from the CP 50 writ? I don't think you will be able to tell in just one day. The drop rate is very random after all. Heck My wife has been doing them on four characters (3 know basically every recipe) since the release and got maybe 2 provisioning writs. Then Saturday she got 3 out of the 4 characters. Personally I was hoping they'd just drop the cp50 ones all together. Would be nice if they said what was changed.

Yea, I misread that.

I doubt ZOS is going to fix the Provisioning Writ thing, people have been complaining about the spread of foods for max level Prov Writs for months now ever since One Tamriel Came out with no budge or mention of a fix. So, just assume it won't be fixed. Drop the lower level writ if you don't want to do it or waste the bag space storing the extra product.

It's a shame but think you are right Nestor its such a PITA losing so many in story slots just for provisioning, but it's spots or.time.running about to bake / brew. Annoying

So what do we think the patch notes mean then?
