In Azura's Star, right now, all 3 alliances are exploiting alliance points by taking turns flipping the outposts, 2 minute rotations, each side gets like 14k each flip. This is a really broken in-game mechanic, and I don't think that you seem to realize how problematic this is. Never do this double AP thing ever again. This is the only reason that this is happening. This happens all the time, yes, but the only difference is that this is so freaking obvious and they have done it every day, all day long, since Monday... I know people do it all the time, but I just don't want this game to turn into what's happening right now.

Nobody will be banned for legit flipping resources repeatedly.
It is what it is nearly every Grand Overlord has taken advantage of broken/op skills and sets or have account shared and other questionable things which is actually against the TOS but farming ap at a keep is somehow worse Ok lol
Talk about abusing a system that rewards flipping outposts. The level of collusion between alliances is so bad right now...deflated AP items, inflated AP ranks, AP in general is flooding the market, PvP Ranks at this point are a joke....I hope the AP boost was worth the integrity of the game for the Devs.

It is an exploit, it wasnt intended to flip keeps back and forth, it was intended to make resources & keeps/outposts worth more. Exploits start by using legit mechanics for their unintended purposes and playing hot potato with keeps isn't pvp at all.
To add: "In video games, an exploit is the use of a bug or glitches, game system, rates, hit boxes, or speed, etc. by a player to their advantage in a manner not intended by the game's designers"
APs can be converted into gold through motifs or other.
Let's pause and think about the new players who really want to PvP and are not sitting on piles of APs and/or gold as we old timers are.
The flag-flippers' behaviour is a total disgrace, which does have an impact on the economy and the general moral(e).
But the blame to me is all on ZOS, who let it happen, while dozens of easy fixes have been suggested.
resource/keep flipping has been around and abused since the game came out on PC, and so many people and guilds have never gotten banned for it unless the particular area was broken, like blackboot. zos aint gonna do jack

Very very sad, however very very true.
Technically that is not an exploit, bug abuse, cheat or anything of the sorts. Its just a way of grinding AP/AvA Rank.

I still stand by my statement. It is a crappy form of play but not an exploit. The players are doing nothing against TOS that I'm aware of. They are metagaming to achieve an advantage but no rules are being broken. Nobody is glitching into a keep. No 3rd party hacks are being used. No macros. The game mechanics are being played exactly as designed, it's just that the design is crap.
