Yesterday saw several issues for me while playing, most of which were only mildly frustrating, but I did have one issue that came up where I sent an item to another player CoD for 6700 gold, and about 45 minutes later I received an in-game receipt mail with the gold attached. When I hit "Press E to Take Items" the options changed to "Press X to Delete Message" like all mail does after being read and having the items added to your inventory. However, I looked in my inventory to see my gold total after deleting the message and closing the message window and I was still at the exact amount of gold as before I used and then deleted the mail. I know plenty of people tend to lose track of how much gold they have and it can be easy to make a mistake and believe that they should have a higher amount than they actually possess, but that is impossible in this instance. Before receiving the message, I went full potato at the various furnishings vendor, so I was down to around 600 gold on the character, haha. By no means is 6500g a large amount of in-game currency, but is was frustrating trying to figure out exactly what happened.
Besides that, the only other recurring issue I've had occurring for the last few days on is that the Achievement Furnishing Vendors have been showing absolutely zero items when I go to them for the first time in each city. " /reloadui " fixes the issue for me always and isn't necessarily a time-consuming workaround, but it's still been a recurring issue for myself and several other people that I play with since just after the most recent patch. I'm fairly certain (although I won't claim to be 100% positive on anything) that it isn't an add-on conflicting with the UI, since the first 3 or 4 times I had the issue I was running absolutely no add-ons of any kind.
