I use witch mothers potent brew to get the regen, health and magicka. Streak is currently bugged getting me killed a few times.

Give good old purple food a try, I think it gives more hp. I just remembered it's no cp atm so 18k hp would probably be ok, assuming you have wards, but 20k is kind of the minimum for cp. If you're max cp you should have no issues hitting that with purple food and undaunted mettle. I'm only undaunted rank 7 so don't have mettle and I sit at 21k hp with 2 pieces of heavy and purple food (in cp campaign). Take a cost reduction glyph and atro mundus to boost sustain. Seducer is a great set too.

That's not to say 1,1,5 is the only way to go considering your defense is mainly in your shields as a sorc, the extra health isn't that amazing. The stam is nice though.

5-1-1 is the way to go, five light and a med and heavy Pirate Skeleton monster set to get that extra tankiness. At least 5-6 of them should be Impen.
Your health is a bit low, 18 - 20K with all buffs at a min.
