Bug: Major intellect from potions does not properly refresh.
When using potions to gain major intellect, consuming the potions again on cooldown before the buffs expire does not properly refresh the duration of the major intellect buff. It appears to affect all platforms, as it can be seen in this screenshot from Xbox One:
And in this screenshot from PC:
Both characters had used a spell power potion and then consumed an additional potion after the cooldown expired, but before the potion's effects wore off.
After experimenting further on the PC version, with better buff/debuff tracking via addons, it seems that the Major Intellect buff only refreshes to about 12 seconds instead of the intended 47.6 seconds:
