Made a mistake downloading the gold edition

so I made a mistake downloading eso gold edition on my other primary account but wasn't aware that only that it was account bounded. I don't wanna start over since I'm all ready in a high level and the account i downloaded it from happens to be my brothers. I sent a message to eso online but however they sent me a link to come here. Is there any sort of way I can transfer the dlc content to my account because I don't wanna buy the dlc content when I just got the gold edition.
