[ BUG ] "Forever Hold Your Peace " Quest.

Hiya,
I played through this quest last night, however at the start of the quest (when I was directed to Zeira in the Thieves Den), I could see the white pointer arrow where she was supposed to be, but I couldn't actually Zeira.
I managed to find an angle that let me initiate the dialogue prompt and when I did, the image that came up showed Zeira's head under her chair and her head under the floor! It's like her floor is 4-5 feet beneath my floor. (I took a screenshot, but since I'm on PS4, I'm not sure how to get it to you.)
I was able to have the full convo, thankfully, but POOR ZEIRA! Please fix her.
(This weekend I hope to break her out of prison!
