while im here, XBOX NA house items glitched to walls/floors

So ive had many different items either not go onto walls/floors, or go through, and ive had many other items stick to walls and then are unable to be removed. There was 4 torches, some banners, and some other lighting things that are now permanently stuck in place.. logging doesn't work, /reloadui doesn't work. Also wont work on other characters, just thought you guys should know. Would be a nightmare if it happens with a target dummy or something.
