[Bug] [XboxOne] The Moonlit Path

Edit: Quest worked at 1am when no other players were around. Feel free to delete.
First time post so I hope I'm doing this correctly.
The Moonlit Path quest is currently bugged at the "Defend the Silvenar and the Green Lady." Specifically, no enemies spawn against whom to defend both NPCs.
I also even dropped the quest and restarted it, but nothing happened.
