When my character uses a Wayshrine and selects a Homestead that I already own from the map that the Wayshrine displays, the ensuing transit does not occur as it does from one Wayshrine to another. Instead, the action is converted to "recalling" to a Wayshrine or to a Homestead from any other location in Tamriel. If memory serves, this did not happen in the PTS release, nor before Patch 2.7.7.
So, I don't know whether this behavior a bug, or an intentional change to transiting to a Homestead. Regardless, "recalling" vastly increases the amount of coin which the character must pay to transit from the Homestead to a Wayshrine, whether instead to another Homestead, after a brief visit. The amount begins at 1200 GP when the character first moves to the Homestead, then decreases at about 1 GP per second (20 minutes to reach zero, but I believe it would stop at 146 GP).
Frankly, there is no reason that I can see for this "feature" of the game to exist at all, let alone for it to be so player-hostile. It really makes visiting and using a Homestead much less desirable than it might otherwise be.
ZOS, what is your point??
