Self teleportation cost is affected by teleporting to Home

The self-teleportation(without using a wayshrine) cost is affected by teleporting to an home the player owns.
If the player is teleporting to his home(no cost, for example Mathiisen Manor), the next self teleportation will not cost 146 gold but the full 1,200 gold instead.
The teleportation cost should not be affected by teleporting to home.
Example(steps):
How it is right now:
1.Player teleports to Mathiisen Manor - no cost
2.Player teleports to Skywatch Wayshrine - 1,200 gold

How it is supposed to be:
1.Player teleports to Mathiisen Manor - no cost
2.Player teleports to Skywatch Wayshrine - 146 gold

Was going to mention this here also! I am often porting back to my house or my friends to see how they are getting on, and then when it comes to porting to a dungeon, or any other wayshrine in the world, I'm trapped due to the crazy price increase, which shouldn't really be happening when it is to do with houses, as these are instanced areas and shouldn't be counted as cheating or lagging the game, or whatever purpose the gold penalty has.

I know someone is going to come in here and say "just run to the nearest wayshrine", I know that, but we have the ability to use our maps to port for a reason, this is stopping that
