Is anyone else feeling "squishy" or weak after the patch for console?

I play on Xbox one, na server.I'm just wondering how many people this is affecting. I notice I'm dying constantly, my character seems like he isn't doing much damage at all. I've repaired my armor, im CP 399. I was playing with another cp 395 who also said he felt like he couldn't handle a boss solo that he used to be able to fight with no problem.

This was something PC players felt and reported as well, I didn't follow it enough to know what the issues was I'm afraid.

Check the forums with a quick search and hopefully you'll find some more information, I know there was talk about one of the changes where enemies would do more damage (whilst taking more damage) from a skill was an issue in trials.

I was reading on the PC the scaling wasn't working right for people under level 50 I'm well above that level. So I don't think it's scaling for players under 50. I just wanted to see if other players felt the same or if it's just me

It has something to due with the "fix" that went in allowing bleeds to ignore armor resist. However, in the process it seems as though other forms of incoming dmg. also ignore armor resists... As well as our outgoing damage being reduced, as if our pen . stat is being ignored.

Sadly housing and pvp are the only issues ZO$ cares about right now, so it could be months before they acknowledge or do anything about it.
