Activity Finder queue broken (Xbox one)

If a group member leaves and the leader queues for a replacement but then the group disbands before a replacement is found...., the activity finder kicks you from the group but leaves you in the queue even when you have the penalty for the group breaking up.
After 31 mi utes, I noticed I cannot leave the queue and was never regrouped.
