It’s been about a week ago, I got on the ESO support paged & got a Customer support ticket about the Crown store housing. I received an auto-response. But never received an answer to my question. I waited over 24 hours & messaged again & still got no answer! Then over the weekend I receive an email from ZeniMax Online Customer Support Survey. Answered the questions that I never heard back from anyone. So I thought I would try it again today. I get to find assistance & click “Email Response” and nothing, it won’t go through. What is up with the Customer Service here? It use to be great & now, either I can’t get an answer or even ask a question.
