Bug at battle level ?

After new patch my hp has dropped at 8k (from 26k) and i have quite a difficult time killing a monster ( misses etc). Many other expirience the same problem as i read at wolrd chat .My level is 9 atm and i have another a character at cap cp. EU server.

PS is it hard to make a patch without 50k problems showning up

My friend has the same problem, cant play (cant kill any mobs).

Got a lot of friends with max level characters who got their stats buffed significantly, like 50k+ health, stamina and magicka and 2-4k recovery.

I just had the same problem - I used wayshrine to travel to a different zone-area (so if you are in Auridon travel to Khenarthi's Roost - ie not a wayshrine in the same zone that you are in) and this re-set my stats.
Not a cure a workaround

Check by pressing c before and after to compare the difference...

I get big inflated stats in Waywrest but they seem fine in a couple other zones I went to
