[PvP Bug] Siege - Crosshairs disappear!

I am a person who is very fond of the Elder Scrolls Online PvP style. I love it and I spend many hours per day PvPing my heart out in Cyrodiil. I have grown accustomed to running siege and have even morphed into my playstyle in field fights, etc.

I've come to notice in the last 2 months that there is a bug that is effecting cross-hairs. Anytime you jump on and off of siege, cross-hairs disappear. I've noticed this issue whenever I am attempting to run multiple siege (which is almost everywhere I am at). It will take multiple times of hopping off and on to finally get cross-hairs and sometimes, I don't ever get cross-hairs.

It's very frustrating when a fundamental part of Cyrodiil PvP doesn't work, and that is exactly what is happening there.

I think it is tied to a specific place. 90% of the time this happens, it happens at fort warden for me.

Interesting thing is that this bug vanished after a patch about half a year ago, but returned with the latest one.

I've had it happen at nearly every keep / outpost since the beginning of January (Before Homestead Patch) as well as in February. (After Homestead Patch).
