unselectable furnishing (Twin Arches)

Well i already noted that obviosly the rooftop of twin arches is inaccessible for players, but it is possible to place furniture on it.
Now i have the Problem that i can't select two pieces of furniture to place them elsewhere:

First: the Breton Nightstand on noted inacessible rooftop that i were allowed to place there.

Second: the book regal that i probably placed above maximum height. Please let me place it elsewhere this storage place was not intended by me to endure.

By the Way: Please make the rooftop accessible for players i'm pretty sure several players purchasing this house had in mind to use the rooftop.

While in the 'Browse' menu in the house decorator menu, click on the 'retrieve' icon. It will list all of the items in your house. Find the item in the list, click it, and press the 'Put Away' button. It will be back in your inventory.
