[PSA] MasterMerchant integration with Gamepad Mode (new Addon)

Hey all,
Wrote my first addon, fixes and integrates MasterMerchant so it works in Gamepad Mode.
Code is also available and well commented so others can have a nosey and learn from it, link is on the ESOUI page.
