(PTS) Exquisite Furniture Tome & Crown Store

1. On the PTS, the Exquisite Furniture Tome (which is supposed to grant all furnishing recipes) only grants the user about 60-80 recipes from the Dark Elf and Argonian styles.
2. The housing section of the Crown Store on the PTS is missing a lot of items. For example, the target dummies are not available.
