Fiery Grip "devolution"

After patch 2.7 I guess, I lost all the evolutions of Fiery Grip.
It used to be fully morphed to max (both morphs) and since then (I think it's 2.7) I cannot use any morph of the skill since the "advancement" of the skill is block at rank 3.5 approximately.
I payed to respecializations in vain and even bought a rescpec scrolls with crowns (so it's kind of real money right, for a bug...) today in vain.
I made incident tickets weeks ago and two more this morning.
Would love some attention now... thanks.
