Advice on OBS streaming settings for ESO :)
Hey guys, I'm attempting to stream ESO on the basic OBS software (screw studio) however when i stream at 2000 bitrate (1280x720 downscaled) the stream looked grainy after watching the broadcast back. I have a AMD 6399 Six Core Processor, 8GM RAM, AMD Radeon 7870 Graphics card.
