Can anyone explain this? I'm having and have been having ping spikes since basically the beginning of time since starting ESO. I live in Central Canada and have good internet as well as 0 issues with any other online video games.
Is this potentially just an overload of ZOS's servers since the amount of players playing seems to be a lot higher now?
