[SOLVED] Vampire Creation Zone Volume Bugged PC-NA

The lady we watch in the cutscenes. When we are made vampire and enter the crypt. Only when the cutscenes activate. She and other npc dialog zips down to volume zero. But environment volume and footstep volume stays where you left it. Just the one volume bar that has to do with npc talk is zipped to zero. If you turn up the npc volume bar in settings during the cutscene you can hear her and them again BUT you cannot exit out of volume or it auto moves right to zero again and cannot hear anything said in cutscene. This happens only during the active cutscenes. Once cutscenes are over then all goes back as it should until the next cutscene. Three cutscenes before hunt and one conversation with the matron after the hunt are affected. I have video evidence but sorry I cannot get to editing atm. Hopefully later this week I can post proof for you back on this thread. Ty.

Note I have three vamps and my first vamp did not encounter this glitch. My first vamp was created before the housing update. My other two vamps were made after housing update.

Problems appears to be the outdated addon NPCMUTER by Terrillyn which is working as it should, ironically, and muting npc's you have already heard before! Sorry to waste your time ZoS at least I figured it out on my own and will leave this here of course for others who may have the same issue.
