no client download option

There is no client download option on my account page. I've bought this game a few years ago when it came out and I have downloaded this game multiple times throughout the years to play every now and then. I need a client download. I'm not going to buy the game again just for that.

To download the game client, please go to our account website at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/ Enter your UserID and password to log in. On your account page, you will now see a box on the right-hand side, which contains your UserID and a button called "Download PC/Mac Client". Click this button to download the client.
