What type of weapon should i use for 2 hand?

I'm doing a tank build for pvp and pve and I am using 2h as off hand which I where my cc is but what weapon type?

That depends on your class, CP allocation and a number of other things.

Look at the heavy weapons passive and decide whether you want more armor pen, ax bleed DoT or the sword's extra damage. Do you have points in Thaumaturge? Most DKs do.
