Housing Editor bugs [Priority]

Everytime that my friend and I are trying to place objects in the Strident-Springs house, the Toggle Surface option is out of alignment. Tried putting a small cabinet flushed to the wall, it ends up getting pushed into the wall half way before it starts moving up the wall as what it should be doing with the back of the cabinet. Same for paintings. The targeting icon is not centered on the object. (As displayed in the 3rd screenshot.) There are many more bugs to this but its making more work than necessary. This bug is not just limited to strident springs house, it is also affected in Daggerfall Overlook.

Ok now we have an issue with a rug. It shows that the rug is under the ground and I can't access it, however my friend sees the same rug but its in mid air. Neither of us can interact with it because it says another person is interacting with it and we are the only ones in the house doing the renovations. Either the housing editor is fragmented or the option for setting other players as decorators is messed up now. (First two pictures are screenshots of this latest update.)

I guess no one else is experiencing this issue. This is absolutely frustrating. I get the feeling that this bug is put on the back burner and then everything goes to hell because no one bothered to look into this bug.
