Stealth Broken from "Fixed Invisible Players" patch?

Did they do something to cloak/stealth (aka broke it again) with the latest patch? Seems everything hits after cloaking even worse than before the last "fix".

✭It was fine on first few pts. But they broke it somehow. Already reported. They don't care. Devs play block cast dks, temps and shield macro sorcs.Here $15, goat mount please. Not gambling or paying 45 : lol :
20% base speed for high ping players.
Streak moves you faster then speed cap.
They should of made 4v4v4v4 instead of 8v8.1
