Hey all, so this is my stamplar build i have been using since homestead dropped and to some extent the same build i use last patch.
Intro
It uses 2h and bow and instead of just having burst dmg, u have sustained dmg through the use to 2 sets,
Ravager and Powerful Assault and pairs with 2 velidreth fully buffed with wrath i sit at 4.9k weap dmg.

Gear
now because of how you can maintain powerful assault up at all times and ravager and in a fight you will sit at max wrath any way you are basically at 4.9k weap dmg at all times, which means you don't need to burst as much as you can have sustainable high damage.

Simply the gear is 5 heavy 1 light 1 medium, 4 Ravager armour and a 2h, id recommend a 2h sword because of the 5% bonus dmg to each jab. an axe also works well if u cant get a sword and a mace would be the 3rd choice. You can get this gear from Vlastrus (the eastern town in cyrodiil) for 12.5k ap per box but the market is flooded with the parts from the sets. then 1 powerful assault which you get for 4k telvar in imperial city and velidreth from COS (shadows of hist dungeon). you will need 1 piece of this in light and 1 in heavy for your undaunted bonuses.
Reasoning behind the sets and sets you could use inplace of them if you cant get ravager, veli or PA.
Ravager - 8% proc chance for such high dmg is easy to keep up as stampler using jabs.
if you can't get this set you could also try using...... 7th legion, also gives similar dmg but its from taking damage. Alchemist gives a bit more damage but you can only get this for 15 seconds after using a potion so its limiting on when u can burst. Hundings if you are very limited, its not a bad set for a stamplar but you will loose dmg in comparison and you wont get the damage on the back bar.
Powerful Assault - - it may sound and look like a tiny weapon damage buff but it gives it to not just you but any one near you if you are grouped and its also a super easy buff to keep maintained and there is no other set apart that gives weapon damage with out rolling or using a potion ect.
5 pieces of marksman, 3 pieces agility and 2 lekis or marksman's, 5 pieces sheer venom or if you want to roll but get a bit more damage, skirmrisher or air but i wasnt a fan of either of these.
Velidreth -- Selenes is also a nice set to pair with it but i use velidreth mainly for the dmg bonus. 1 velidreth 1 keena. 1 spawn 1 veli or keena, 2 spawn, 2 mephala's spawn, 2 skoria, 2 trollking, 2 malu. for max dmg 1 veli 1 keena would be best but i like the veli proc for when i charge into groups and db and jabs as the proc chance is super high.
MUNDUS -- warrior for dmg, i tested it and because of scaling it gives you alot more weapon dmg ofc when u get rav and PA procs paired with everything else so warrior but if you are new to stamplar
(a fotm kid) then i would recommend to run the serpent mundus to help you sustain as you have no skill or passive to help you with sustain apart from repentance and ofc your pots.
glpys[/b--] if you arnt use to stamplar try 1 regen or reduce cost glpy with 2 dmg, i use 3x dmg glyphs as im use to sustaining on my stamplar. run full max stam enchants as you wont need more health as both rav and PA give you health bonuses and you only use mag for purge.
Food-- Bi stat max health and stam food when you have cp, but for non cp play use orizaga triple pockets giving 5000 health and 500 stamina regen.

Race--
I tested bosmer redguard argonian dunmer and orc as a stamplar and even tho this was last patch with the BS jabs costs I stayed as redguard, but orc and imperial would be 2nd choice followed by bosmer and argonian and dunmer.
cp
as i play azura and duel with out cp in most of the time i'll let people do their own cp as especially with the 600 cap there is probs a more efficient setup than what id would quickslot in 5 min as imo cp setups to get right need alot of testing.
bar setup
the 2h bar tends not to change but the bow bar does depending on what i am doing.
front bar
1.Stampede
2.Reverse Slice (executioner if you just plan on dueling)
3. Dizzy Swing
4. Jabs
5. Rally
Ult- Dawnbreaker of Smiting
back bar
1. repentance/ draining shot or trap or javelin or rune
2. rapids/shuffle i personally view shuffle as a bs skill so tend not to run it.
3. cleanse
4. poision arrow
5. rally(procs the powerful assault buff)
feel free to ask my more questions about the build/stamplar class, leave feedback and if you check the build out what you think about it.
