New dueling Meta for new patch?

So right now stamina dk is the best imo with proc sets. I'm the kind of player that chases the dueling meta. Now proc sets got nerfed a bit but I dont see that really hurting them with the crit resist and all to much. Maybe I'm wrong. Mag dk is my favorite spec could they be possibly the best......any high speed theory crafters figure this out yet
