Decoy Elder Scroll is TRADEABLE-PLEASE FIX ASAP

Hello,
I found multiple "Decoy Elder Scroll" items listed at guild traders and are being sold between 600k-1.2M gold each.
This is an achievement item and shouldn't be sold to any player.
The players who listed this item are clearly bug abusers.
@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Please fix it ASAP.
Also, please delete any decoy elder scroll which was gained by buying it at guild store.
Those items supposed to be account bound.

Isnt this allowed, I think they said youre supposed to be able to trade stuff like the Ruby Throne.

Doesn't it add value to those super rare achievements? People who earned the achievements can now earn gold.

People who buy the items without having the achievements can still get the house they want.

Everyone wins except snowflakes who want to feel special by having something others can't, even if it is locked away in a private instancr. Either way, let's keep bumping this thread because it is free advertising for people wanting to buy or sell. If you are on the forums you know there aren't real punishments for exploiting bugs and this definetley is not a bug exploit.

They hotfixed this but I'm assuming any that were already up for sale may still be able to be sold

They supposedly fixed it but left the tradeables tradeable, so now people are going to buy them for like 5m+

I'm curious if you actually can buy the items still listed. I've had an item fixed in this way and the listing eventually expired. But I don't know if just no one came by the trader to buy it, or if no one could.

So are the decoy scrolls on guild stores "broken" and not affected by the hotfix?

i.e. If someone bought a decoy scroll from the guild store now, will it fix itself when it has been bought, or will they remain to be tradeable?

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom Thank you for the fix of the furnishing items!
But I believe this is only a partial fix and it needs to be fully fixed.

How it needs to be fixed in my view:
1. All achievement items which were purchased through guild stores/trade will be deleted from the inventory of the players & from the houses(if they placed them).
2. The cost of the trades will be refunded to the players who purchased them with gold.
3. All currently listed achievement items in guild stores will be removed and returned to their owners as BOUND.
4. All gold earned through selling achievement items(which are supposed to be bound) will be removed.
After all it was a bug abuse or rather unintended game mechanic...

Please consider this.
I know this kind of a fix can be extremely complicated in coding but it is necessary.

I was hoping there will be a response to what I have suggested.
I can't believe that people were able to abuse the system and get away from it:
1. Players got rich from selling achievement furniture.
2. Players were able to buy achievement furniture and place it in their home, even though they didn't complete the required achievements.
Nothing has been done...
I'm very disappointed.

There were unintended sales of items which were supposed to be BOUND ON PICKUP.
But no action has been taken to reverse it.
The hot fix which was implemented was too late...
This bug abuse was even worse than the duplication bug abuse, players sold the scrolls for tens of millions of gold(combined).
Also, Players were able to get achievement items even though they didn't complete the associated achievement/s.
