Widowmaker/Viper and Hidden Blade bug/exploit

Encountered a player in cyrodil spamming hidden blade, which proc'd widowmaker and viper on my character. Viper proc'd on a ranged skill and instead of the aoe of widowmaker proccing around his toon, it proc'd on mine, dealing the damage to me.
Also had two widow maker procs on the damage report. The bug was accompanied with the visual effect of widowmaker sticking to my toon after revive at an outpost.
Said player was spamming hidden blade, knowing the functionality of this bug. Is ZOS aware of this? Submitted a ticket in game and will post a video or screenshot, if I was able to record it, later.
