XBOX U.S. - Can Load to Character Selection...No Characters Load

For the past few days, my connection while playing has gotten progressively worse - meaning, the time between lag-kicks was getting shorter and shorter.

On January 23, 2017, I could play only for short time between lag...then kick - "check internet connection."

Now, on January 23, 2017, I can load the game, get the see all 5 of my characters, but none will load into the game, "check internet connection." Internet connection and Xbox Live connection all test fine.

I also tested joining the EU server...same issue.

Please help.
