And now for some short suggestion that Zenimax should consider:
1. Limit the amount of players on a PvP instance. In this way zerging and lag can be avoided.
2. If the first point is not possible, scale the servers during peak time. See amazon scaling solutions.
3. Introduce arenas(2v2, 3v3 and 5v5) and rank each team.
4. Display gold vendor always with all item sets. We don't have to wait six months to get what we want.
It's so simple to make PvP experience much more better than it is. All they have to do is listen to the feedback and integrate it(as a growing business should do).
