Starting at 6:00 AM EST on Wednesday, January 18th, we are performing maintenance on the ESO Billing and Account Management system. We expect the maintenance to take approximately five hours to complete. During the maintenance, you will be unable to log into your
account page on elderscrollsonline.com or purchase items from the
ESO Store.
If you already own the game on PC/Mac, you will be able to log in and play during this maintenance. If you own the game on PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, you will be unable to log into the game until we complete the scheduled reboot maintenance.
If you purchase the game on Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or in Japan through
DMM during the maintenance period, you will not be able to access your account or log in and play until the maintenance has been completed. Additionally, if you purchase Crown Packs from the
Steam Store, you will not receive your crowns in-game until the maintenance is complete.
