After the proc nerf you will have even less chance to kill them two guys. My guildies said fear them.... fossilize them then it was luminous shreds nope.... then neagating them.... nope. I laughed while 13 pvpers 2 generals and 2 legates among them.could not even get one to 75 percent health. Great builds I need them to tank my pledges. If you play PC na on true lag you know who they are.

At that point they started streaking about the place, I just turned away and went looking for action elsewhere.
What's the point if they can just get back to full health all the time?

I may be overly suspicious, but when a particular DC tank on PC NA TF is able to break free the instant a hard cc is applied to them ALL THE TIME over a duration of 5+ minutes in combat against 10+ experienced opponents, it raises eyebrows and leads me to think they have a third party program that auto breaks free for them. In my observation, there's about a 0.5 to 1.5 delay to break free from a hard cc for most players, but never instant.
Said tank is also able to anticipate (by dodge rolling / blocking) ranged attacks from stealth (not only snipe since that has an audible cue) coming from behind or from angles considered as 'blind spots' for a typical player. Not that dodging or blocking the attack was necessary, since said tank is able to face tank 10+ experienced max cp players with ease but merely knowing an attack was incoming from an unseen angle and reacting before it hits simply amazes me.
The two above cases leads me to believe third party programs are still used to provide unfair gameplay advantage, making some tanks near unkillable either by tweaking regen values, mitigation values or whatever it is they do.
Been hearing that CE use is still around after Synozeer's public display of its existence and widespread abuse.
Hence, I remain skeptical of players who's prowess defies logic. Been here since launch and I've seen some real cheats to pretty much sense when something is off.
Sure, there are some genuine near unkillable tanks but for the rest I'm not entirely convinced they play fair.

If you promptly got their health down to 5%, you weren't fighting one of these permablock tank builds (or trollplar) that this thread is about. Sounds like you fought a sorc who recovered and ran away from you.
We just ignore them and walk away.

Which makes me love them even more.

No I don't tbh. Unkillable builds were always a thing.

Try to kill Draconis or Gro gar with 4 guys only.
Impossible.
