What type of armor is working better for stamplar medium or heavy?

Also going to try and add this into the same thread, what type of weapon is best for two Handing? I have been playing magicka for so long I have no idea what is good in stam anymore.

I prefer 2hand greatsword for classes with a good class spammable ability. Stampar - jabs, stam blade - surprise attacks. It increases tooltip big time.
