Can't progress on Orsinium's main quest due to NPC disapearance.

So, after completing Invitation to Orsinium Forge Mother Alga disappeared before she could give me For King and Glory and because of this i can't progress on Orsinium's main quest.
I tried reloading the UI, leaving the map and only coming back more than 24 hours later, logging in and out several times in and outside Wrothgar and none of that fixed the problem.
Please, stop sending me automated messages with noneffective fixes and do something.
