Bomb blade?

Does anyone still play a bomb blade? Is it difficult to pull this off against a zerg? What gear should I use if I wanted to try this build, 5 Vicious Death/5 Alchemist? Thanks

Bomb blades are back in big way. Mostly its because of new destro ultimate Eye of the storm. 5 WD/5 Alchemis and 2 Grothdarr(monster set), pop a pot on your Alchemist destro fire staff off bar/proc Proxy Det/proc ulti/swich to dual wield WD/Lotus fan into zerg and start spaming Sap Esence--lots of ppl dead.

Thanks, I also want to gank with my nb as well (plan to use a gear swap add on). What gear do I need to be able to gank effectively on a mag nb?

I haven't found that out yet. Cuz if youre in light armor boy do you get F'd up. Now if your in heavy I've managed to tank and kill at the same time. My magblade is mainly a bomber right now until this heavy armor meta is done

Clever Alchemist/Soul Assault from stealth. It's incredibly satisfying.

at least on Trueflame PC NA its not a "real" thing

maybe other places are just catching on, but I'm pretty sure we are way past that point

majority of players on PC NA TF are not either Templars or DK's and have learned very quick to outheal the Destro ultimate

the nerf to proxy and VD was real and unfortunately, now we have even more zerging then before

but hey! we have proc sets ... that's cool ... right ... ?

You'd probably want clever alchemist + Elegance and do heavy attack ganks for the ganking setup.

Honestly, bomb build is just too overpowered.
I have many examples of 20+ Zerg die to 1 solo bomb player, and the whole keep lost. We all stand in at the captured flag, then 1 bomb all died and the whole keep lost, lol.

As you should. If you have 20 potatoes standing on a flag you deserve to die to a bomb blade. Pretty much L2P issue.

Nice setup but Healing Ward? on destro staff?
Don't u think that inner light would be more effective on bar 1?
