Question about New life Festival event quests

Is there any way to repeat Alik'r Desert fire lighting quest after doing it the first time. I didn't do it in under 35 seconds and I understand you need it completed in order to receive achievement for new character title.

You can do each quest once per day, so keep trying on subsequent day(s) until you get the achievement.

If you are having a hard time, form a group and place a member at each torch. The timer starts when you light the first one. Assign the slower members closer to the NPC quest giver.

Thank you for the response. I didn't know the event was a daily.

How do you redo the quest? It has been a day but clicking on the scroll does nothing. Do I have to delete it and get another? How does it count time? I it based on when you started or ended the quest or does it just reset everyday at a set time?

You prob figured it out by now but clicking the scroll you get from the cash shop only leads to starting the event. It will do nothing after that but sit there taking up inv space.

To get back to Breda you have to find her yourself at this point. She's next to Kynesgrove Wayshrine in Eastmarch.

You will not get to pick what quest you are allowed to redo as Breda will hand them out randomly. Just keep doing all of them until she hands it out to you again.

I am not sure about time. Yes it resets daily but when idk I was told 1am eastern usa but idk if you are european or if what I was told was correct.
