Constantly being kicked from game Xbox One NA

Title says it all. Since the patch this morning I crash every 10 minutes or so. Plus a lot of times my character will travel backwards back to where I was 10 seconds ago.
I am an ESO subscriber and a loyal customer but the amount of bugs in this game is driving me crazy. Its been years since initial launch and the game is at times almost unplayable. How is this even remotely acceptable?
