Why ESO PVP is balanced

I hear a lot of people complaining about proc sets. let's get one thing straight, proc sets are not "OP". The amount of skill it takes me to animation cancel my ransack immediately into my next ransack is much too high with my poisons, viper, tremorscale and widowmaker equipped. Honestly, and don't get me started on magic. Some people don't know how much easier pvp was in 1.5 when resources were easy to sustain on magic. Now, all I can do is put valkyn on my templar, pop my destro ult, and use radient destruction. Then people get mad saying, "that takes no skill." I'm just there like, did I not just press 2 buttons in a very specific order? Lastly, I'd like to bring up group pvp. It is much harder to pvp in groups of 24+ against groups of around 3 or so. We have to coordinate, as a group, which player to target, stay on target, and be sure to keep up with them when they start running from out in the field to rocks and stuff. I mean line of sight? Seriously? Some people fight with no honor...

Yeah, cause a light attack causing 1100 damage should proc 10k worth of cheese damage...

That's way to low it's usually 30k with Selens on.
