Ultimate Cost - Xbox NA - Poisons?

Have been playing my stam sorc and am noticing a bug with ultimate costs. Tooltip on my negate states 192, but often I need 215 before I am able to use it.
I think this may be caused by poisons. A group we were fighting were using the increase ultimate cost poison, but the effect doesn't appear to wear off until you dump your ultimate, at which point it will reset to the correct cost. On one occasion I was at the EP wayshrine for like 5 minutes selling junk and my negate still wasn't filled and usable despite being at 205 ultimate.
