crown crates page not appearing....

I purchased one crown crate out of sheer curiosity and unfortunately to this date, have not been able to access the page. It opens to a page(I'm guessing) that has the "alt" button in the lower right corner and the crown gems purple gem in the lower right corner. I have made at least 3-4 service requests regarding this and I'm out 400 crowns and no crown crate. Has anyone else has had this problem and how did you solve it? Any input/ resolution(if ZOS reads these things) would be greatly appreciated.

They read it. Eventually.
You will not be out your crowns. However, it just may take a while before you get a reply.
I am assuming, that you are using a computer and not a console.
Therefore, I suggest that you contact zenimax via phone, should you not be obtaining a timely and satisfactory response via the ticket system and your email.

Have you got any add-ons enabled? Crown Crates seem to hate add-ons, so try turning them all off.
