Character selection screen freeze

At the moment the login screen disappears and the character selection screen is loaded, the game stops working. I can't Ctrl+Alt+Del, Alt+F4 or anything else, my only option is the reset button. That problem was spotted on sunday. Yesterday night it worked after I used Geforce Experience to optimalize the game (maybe it has no importance), but today it doesn't work again.
I tried "repair" from the launcher and I think, tried almost every solution what I have red here in similar problems. I have a GTX950 graphic card, and probably every software is up to date.
Can you help me?
