Disguise gets lost during Quest: A Storm Upon the Shore

Hey there. This Bug has been reported since 2014 and seems to be not fixed yet. During the Quest "A Storm Upon the Shore" in Greenshade's Seaside Sanctuary you have to light the beacon of the Lighthouse. When doing so the disguise you are wearing just happens to vanish. So did my disguise - the Servant's Robes. I allredy contacted the support but got only the automized standard answer until now, I allready wrote them back, that I did not accidently delete my favorite disguise but this is a well known Bug. Former reporters usally got help by just restoring the item throught a GM.

With this Post I just like to warn everyone from this Quest and make ZOS aware, that this Bug is still existing (since 2014!) and that I would like to get help, since the Support via EMail does not react to my request.

Does anybody know, how long it takes the support to answer an Email personally (not automated)?

We have resolved this issue on our internal servers. It should make it to the Live servers in a patch soon.

Thx for answering @Jekerl . Is there a better way than email to get help from the support - becouse fixing this bug wont bring me back my lost disguise ? I allready wrote 2 Emails but no help 'til now.

There are several quests that were like this. The disguise would disappear when you completed a certain part of the quest. If you wanted to keep it you had to remove it as soon as possible. If you want another, do the quest on another character then remove it before you complete the final step.
