Addon to see cooldown of sets?

Is there any addon exist that can track cooldown of proc sets? for example sets like Lich or Warlock have 1 min cooldown and it would be very helpfull to determine when you can count on 5pc bonus. For example there was old addon MagickaFloodTimer to track Warlock set.

There is an addon called Set Buddy (Cooldown Tracker) however it isn't being maintained any more I don't believe anyone else has attempted to make another.

I would like to add something like this to Srendarr but it would be a pretty massive undertaking collecting the data for every set and proc CD in the game at this point, not to mention keeping it updated.

Hi Phinix, want to say that I would really appreciate such a feature. Maybe starting small with the most important ones, like burning spellweave or lich?
