Character not reacting in trials

Hello everyone, video of the issue is down there and it happen exactly at 1:07
The issue :
During trials you can see on the video at 1:07, i'm pressing button and the game is not processing it, you can see my hands are down and trying to lift up to do something but its not and I lose a little bit of dps. There is no way i'm not doing a spell / light attack at this time so I assume either my computer cannot send information due to my ping or the server cannot process all these input.
Information :
I have a big ping (around 170 during trials, 120 when i'm not in trials) but its really stable, playing through cable (not WIFI).
I'm using a controler through another software.
FPS / Ping are on the top left corner
It never happen in dungeon / normal world (ping is lower in that case but i don't think it is ping related).
it's been like this forever but I know i'm losing a lot of dps, so if you have the same issue or even just want me to try something to fix it, i'm up to anything (pretty much).
Don't hesitate to ask any information you need, i'll update this post.
