PC EU can't hire non-hired guild traders

When my guild does not get a trader I always go to non-hired traders and hire them for the week. However this week there are multiple traders WITHOUT a store, no guild in their nameplate and the "hire trader" option. but they cannot be hired. It says "This guild trader is already hired". But it has clearly not bee hired. No store, nothing.
